REPORT ON 2021-22 DISTRICT TEAM TRAINING SEMINAR

The first ever virtual District Team Training Seminar (DTTS) for Rotary Year 2021-22, was held successfully on March 13, 2021 at Hang Seng University of Hong Kong. Under the leadership of DG Keith Chow, DTTS Chair PP Natalie Kwok, District Leaders, all organizing committee members in attendance, many challenges were overcome in order to provide a seamless experience to incoming district officers attending virtually. For the first time ever, Mongolia participants had the opportunity to attend the training at the same time, and simultaneous translation was also provided so that those who were strictly English or Chinese speaking can fully understand the material being presented.
We would like to thank all the speakers who presented during DTTS, providing insightful details on how to become a successful district officer and contribute effectively in our district this coming year. The success of this virtual seminar laid the framework on holding either full virtual or hybrid training seminars in the future.
