- Each District Officers and Presidents ‒ Each One Bring One
- District Installation Month July 2021 ‒ Induct 30 new members
- Charter 2 or more New Clubs, 2 Satellite Clubs and 2 Rotaract Clubs
- 2-Digit Net Growth : 50 members by year end June 30, 2022
- Club(s) under 20 members to be improved by 30% from 44 to 31
- Strengthen Retention of members
- Relaunch Charter President Academy to nurture future club leaders

- Diversify member sources: JCI, Toastmasters, Chambers of Commerce
- Engaging and Retaining our Existing Members
Membership Drive Incentive
- Charter a New Club Incentives Award HK$8,000 (US$1,000) upon charter ceremony
- Induct a New Member Female Member Young Member (aged 35 or under) Award HK$1,500 (US$188)
- A member who is over aged 35 Award HK$ 1,000 (US$128)
Award to the Club in two occasions: Before End of Dec 2021 and June 2022
